The other night I was drunk and in a minic state when I went to bed. The next day my roomate got upset with me and said when he came home every light in the house was on, as was the tv and deep fryer. All the doors were wide open, including the fridge. I'm postive I locked up the house and turned everything off before I went upstairs.
The only conclusion that I can make is that I did this all in my sleep. I have a history of such behavior. What causes this? Any preventative measures?

Are you sure you aren't having blackouts from the alcohol? I wouldn't call that "doing it in your sleep", I would call it "not remembering what I did when I was drunk so maybe I should stop drinking before I kill somebody drink driving or burn the house down". Good luck to ya.

If you are drunk, all bets are off as memory doesn't work well combined with alcohol. If you don't want to endanger yourself and others, I would not get drunk.
