This week has been wild in terms of dreaming. I have got down my trigger for lucid dreaming down and in my pocket. Its wonderful to be able to wake my self from a night mare and to really enjoy a dream when its a nice dream.
I am now almost fully able to turn on lucid dreaming. Its a mech that works and I will place a post about how I do it. Its getting sooooo easy. This weeks best two dreams were 1 nightmare and 1 concert. The nightmare is going to make a great short sci-fi story which I have already started. The concert dream was seeing jameriquio (or whatever his name is), live on stage. I was able to fly like peter pan around the concert hall. Flying in dreams has been a thing I have been trying to perfect for ages, and now I have done it.. ![]() I am now able to turn on lucid dreaming, and take of from the ground in a dream. Its wild and great fun. When having a nightmare, also I can turn on the lucid dreaming and take control. I have been waiting a life time for this to happen. ![]() |

Lucid dreaming does get easier with time. I am able to remember dreams from when I was very young. Sometimes it takes a trigger to recall the dream, i.e a certain thought, smell or sight. I have had many moments where I just know I've been in a place before, but I know inside its a trigger from a dream. For myself dreams are entirely subjective, I can usually trace where the influence has come from when waking and using what I have seen and heard in waking life. Sometimes though its not at all like that. My trigger to switch on my waking 'self', when in a dream is when total joy or a danger element is introduced in to the dream. Either of those 'feelings' when in a dream triggers lucid dreams. Normal dreams dont do this really. Dreams that I've had before is also a trigger to my waking personality. My T tells me she never remember her dreams and I kinda feel sorry for people who do not dream. For myself my dreams are a good guide for how I am living or feeling. Dreams in the psychology sense and the logical sense are entirely introspective. So for myself there is alot to learned in dreaming. I love it. |
