Hey everybody,
I haven't posted on this topic before but I probably should. Anyway, for now I was wanting to know if anyone knew anything about feeling physical pain in their dreams. I had this happen to me for the first time last night and when I went to look it up on the internet I couldn't find any concrete information. Anything will help. Thanks. |

Yes that always happens to me. Usually in my stomach or my sides, sort of feels like cramp but really bad. For some reason it only happens to me when I lie on my back though. Sometimes it really hurts. The only way I can explain this is that it's your muscles going into spazm in reaction to whatever dream your having.
