I woke up feeling horrible. It feels like all night I have been dreaming about my ex. I don't understand this because it has been over 10 years since we were together. In my dreams, sometimes we were together, sometimes he was with his wife (that he is with in real life) and she and I were friends, sometimes they were visiting and staying at my house.
I'm not sure what it all means and I don't know why I feel so horrible......kinda anxious and sad I guess. It doesn't make sense.

Hi,
The dream happened because you needed diversion from some present problems. Sometimes negative thoughts intrude into sleep and need an involved dream to take the sleepers mind off them.

I've done the same pumpkin. And I've been divorced for almost 14 years. Matter of fact, sometimes I still dream about my high school love - and that relationship ended over 30 years ago!

Gojamadar just might be on to something... disturbing as the dreams might be, perhaps they are meant to distract us from addressing the real issues we are currently facing in our lives.
