The best thing to do is get on the phone with your doc/care provider and make an appt to see them. Explain how serious this issue is. Do you see someone for the depression? Nightmares are exhausting! I've noticed that when I wake up from my dreams, I immediately need to take a deep breath. I don't think I am breathing right in my sleep cause of the nightmares. I am afraid (in the dream) so my body is holding its breath like I do in real life.
Thanks for this!

ooh thanks, at the moment i cannot have a doctor, because of my situation, i am trying to use other solutions, i was investigating and i read about a change in the diet, i suffer hyperinsulinism, so it affect also my mood; what scientists and doctor says is to eat less sugar and carbohidrates and more proteins and vegetables, also they talk about not drinking coffee or any stimulating drink. I have now 3 days doing that, i mantained the quantity of calories i have to eat during the day and i am feeling a litle less bad, i am less sleepy than yesterday but still too sleepy to produce anything intellectually, hehe, i am dying for a cup of coffee, but i have to control myself. I am trying also a relaxing activity such stretching the muscles and breathing deeply before going bed and it is not a deaming pill but i am awakening less at night. But again, i am not eating very much carbohidrates before going bed, more proteins, for example, 1 cracker with 1 hard egg+ milk or 1 piece of jam or cheese.
I hope this can help you too. I have to say, when i get the opportunity to get a doctor i will do so inmediately, because i really need some help
Thanks for this!

There are a number of vitamins you can experiment with. First try melatonin an hour before bed. Then try vitamin B5, magnesium citrate, GABA, or maca.
Thanks for this!
