Well i just want to know,is it normal to be always tired .. even when i do get agood 8 hours sleep,i feel more tired ...
i can nap in the day time, and still get to sleep having 9 hours sleep, some days i can be wide a wake, but always shattered, is this normal? |

I'm having the exact same problem, so you're not alone and I think that it's normal. I'm going to talk to our school nurse about it, and I suggest that you talk to someone as well.

I don't know; do you take a over-the-counter or prescription medicines or anything? How old are you (you might need more than just 9 hours sleep) and when did this start? Have you told your doctor and gotten blood tests to see if hormones or vitamin/mineral deficiencies might be a problem?

I have an iron deficiencie... Women's normal iron level is 65 -165
Mine apparently is 6.. which is extemetly low I am over 18.. |
