I'm having the exact same problem, so you're not alone and I think that it's normal. I'm going to talk to our school nurse about it, and I suggest that you talk to someone as well.

I don't know; do you take a over-the-counter or prescription medicines or anything? How old are you (you might need more than just 9 hours sleep) and when did this start? Have you told your doctor and gotten blood tests to see if hormones or vitamin/mineral deficiencies might be a problem?

for some people yes its normal and for others no its not... everyone has an internal system or in some other locations terms an internal clock. some peoples internal clocks run on a different system then the typical 24 hour day. for some people the result is being tired all the time because everything outside their body runs on the 24 hour clock system and their body doesnt.. if you are one of these people who's internal clock is different than the 24 hour world clock system theres not much you can do other than making sure that when you dont have things to do you get the rest you need..

other causes for this is mental disorders, physaical health problems and even medications can cause this to happen.. my suggestion talk with your treatment providers they can help you figure out whats going on and may even have some suggestions or treatment changes that can help you..

for me the problem turned out to be my medications. once my medications were adjusted I was fine.
