ok so i have been having dreams for a while now all having a similar theme. i always have a bf in these dreams but when i wake up i never knew who he was and i have a boyfriend in real life and it is never him. in these dreams the bf in the dreams always dies and i always end up waking up crying or out or breathe. however i broke up with my boyfriend in real life yesterday and last night i had a dream with a different boyfriend then usual in my dream and i ended up saving his life and he didnt die for once and i ended up waking up like extremely happy. idk if the two things are related but its just kind of weird and im not sure what it means.

Hi, waitforitleigh. A lot of dream interpreters say we are all the people in our dreams since they are coming out of our head and imagination. So, it could be that breaking up with your boyfriend was a good idea for you, you "saved" your "male aspect" of yourself, your self/representation in the larger world. Maybe you had been letting your boyfriend(s) do too much for you, going along with what they said despite your own wishes or letting them do all the driving, planning, deciding who to see and what to do etc.? We should not give ourselves over to another person and make them responsible for our happiness in that way.
