I have battled insomnia over the years and about 5 years ago, seemed to conquer it.

Most recently, I don't have anything stressful going on in my life but have had trouble sleeping again and when I do sleep I have these half awake dreams and they are always filled with anxiety.

I assume that means I am having anxiety but having dreams like that all night exhaust me, so I wake up, if I ever was truly asleep, exhausted.

Anyone else experience this with no real reason for it?
