Last night I didn't sleep much. At all. I've been very depressed lately. And I had this dream, which I don't really dream a lot. I dreamt that my wrist got slit. Not that i cut them, but someone else accidentally put a huge slice in my wrist witha huge knife. I didnt cry, but was interested in how the cut felt during the dream. I dont think it hurt me in the way i thought a cut like that would. I was asking for a bandaid and walking around the random group of ppl there, and I don't think I ever got the bandaid. It was an odd reaction idk how to explain it really. But then I woke up.
I'm not one to cut. Once i got blades out to do it and sat there crying because i couldnt do it (which was at least 6 or so years ago..) The worst I do hurting myself wise (within the past year) is banging my head a few times into the wall or punching my thighs. Digging my nails into my upper arms, that's about it. I've thought of cutting and whatnot, but I would never do it. I definitely didn't think of cutting last night before I went to bed. What do you guys think? Relevant? I feel like it is. |
