I have this repeating dream that i have all the time that i cant seem to sleep becouse of it, it starts with a man all dressed in black standing by a window, you cant see his face, the room is dark except forhim by the window, then i look down at myself and im in chains, my arms and my feet ar chained, then theres 4 more people covered in a dark red cloack sort ofthing and you cant see there faces, two of them hold me down to the floor and one of the other two is cutting my wrist with a knife and the other one is rapeing me,i try to scaream but no words come out, all of a sudden i hear laughter and i look over at the guy dressed in black and hes holding a baby, i relize taht its my daughter, and he takes a knife and stabs her, then he looks at me and i can see his green eyes and as it closeds in on his eyes, the dream goes dark.

What does it mean?? How can i make the dream go away?

I'd like to go over this dream with you, but to do so requires a private convo due to the severity of the images. Please PM me, and we can go over this. I also have some lucid dreaming techniques that may help you overcome the nightmares.
