I'd say go to a sleep clinic.

Waking up several times a night tells me you're not getting past your theta sleep, or are having difficulties maintaining a proper sleep cycle. Sometimes being able to go back to sleep/sometimes not, sounds average to me, especially if you just keep waking up.

RLS can be a side affect of medication. What meds are you taking?

The sleepy the next day and having headaches can simply be from not getting adequate rest the night before.
