I have been sleeping a lot better, but ever since my college class started, on days I have class, I will wake up in a panic suddenly because I think I overslept. And now I do it for regular classes too. And ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks.

Do you have your alarm clock (or another digital clock) in sight? It doesn't have to be in arms reach, just easy for you to look over and check the time from your bed. This may not immediately relieve the panic attacks, but it -will- reassure you that you're not late. It can also help teach your body time rhythm, too (which can make it so that your body will wake up roughly the same time as your alarm is set to go off).

I have my phone and my iPod win me every night, but sometimes my alarm doesn't go off. So I kind of freak out at like five am and wake up like, did I oversleep? I don't have a digital clock because I don't like the light, I like it 100% dark when I sleep.

Try adding a stress tab to your mix, to alleviate some of the anxiety? Those are the only things I can think of to avoid panicking.
