I wouldn't say sex/orgasms lull me to sleep but they help me feel relaxed though and another person around always makes me feel comfy/sleepy.

Orgasms are a wonderful experience, regardless of how you get there. I think that alone brings some happy hormones which then feel like having blissful rest - and sleep. If achieving one is challenging due to, say meds, then maybe some outside stimulation like music or methods or toys or whateve floats your rubber ducky might be a good try until your body expels all remnants of any meds. Do let us know how you - do? Get on? Get it on? Haha, anything I say sounds so punny
