I don't take a med for sleep. The meds I take can have drowsiness as a side effect tho

Dont like the idea of my sleep being reliant on meds, only for it to poop out after 3 months and need a higher dose or new med... Guess I'm just better at being an insomniac than being med-compliant. Sleep schedule/ Sleep ritual has helped tons tho, but it took some perserverance on my part...

Yeah, mine aren't for sleep, either, but kinda like a two-for-1 kinda deal for me

For something as sleep-inducing as Seroquel, please do select "with meds" even if the main reason you are taking the drug is not insomnia. In other words, for two-for-one cases, do select "with meds".

Well I don't sleep all through the night and well, so I couldn't accurately answer that, meds don't work too well for me so I'm unmedicated just doing what I can to get what sleep I can

I sleep badly too. Pre-dawn by the time I nod off But going to get meds on Friday from doc. Never taken anything before so have no idea how I'll react to them. Got to sleep about 5:45am this morning and was up again for 7:45am. Crashed about lunchtime for an hour or so and now (surprise surprise), I'm wide awake again.

Developed tolerance to Imovane, Benadryl, Gravol, etc... now taking Seroquel haven't found the right dose yet I don't think. It helps me to fall asleep but doesn't keep me asleep

I take ambien because I have chronic insomnia and would stay up for like 36 hours without it...

Every great once in a while I take something over the counter to help. Usually though I'm so depressed I have no trouble sleeping. The trick is to not keep waking up every two hours with night terrors

I take Etomine 20mg but I seemed to have developed a tolerance to it as it rarely keeps me asleep now and takes longer and longer to work.

I can almost fall asleep standing up! At times I am an early riser, so I try to go to sleep early in the evening. I think sleep makes a big difference in my mental health!

I take Lunesta and it may help but its a restless sleep of talking and sitting up and motion. Thinking of switching to ambien.

I took ambien, but it seemed to stop working. Now I take Trazodone, but it doesn't always help. I have to take pain meds and use Biofreeze to cut down on pain enough so I can sleep.
