I've been having recurring dreams for several months now and I'm getting pretty frustrated.

Situation:

I had a horrible break with Guy #1 who I really adored. I thought he was going to break up with me (without any evidence), and so I cheated on him with Guy #2, who I figured I would like to date instead.

I've been with Guy #2 for almost a year now, but I STILL have the same dreams with two options:

1) I'm with Guy #1 and I cheat on him with Guy #2 (just like what happened in reality)
2) I'm with current boyfriend Guy#2, and I cheat on him with Guy #1.

This has been happening for like 8 or 9 months now, and it's incredibly burdensome. Is this a manifestation of guilt or what? I need help. :/
