Ok, so I have a lot of nightmare and terrors. And I went o bed at like 3. And slept through all of Monday. And I just woke up at 10:30! Kinda freaky!!!
3am-10:30pm and I'm still tired!! I never slept that much.

sleeping that much can be natural... sometimes the body and the mind just need a good break.

I didn't take anything. I've been afraid to get near meds. I've been super suicidal lately.

My mum is afraid I am ill. But I refuse to tell her what's been going on.
