this is the second night/ morning ive awoken from horrific nightmares about vicious animals attacking me, last night, i dont recall the beginning but in the dream i got up to go to the bathroom and as i sat down to pee in the dark bathroom my cat came in and as soon as i reached to pet him he went crazy and started biting my hand and as i tried to push him off it seemed his mouth got bigger and bigger and he was biting my arm off and i woke up.
This morning i woke up around 5am and in the dream i somehow got involved with the military but wasnt in it, i remember being on a helicopter going to save these 2 tiny kids, about 2y/o and 8-12 months old from this area that had a tiny river/stream and the land was like sand/dirt, there were other kids there but we only took those two and we took them back to where we were staying which was essentially a campsite with 30ish small tents pretty close together, then i went somewhere with a bunch of the military people and we came back just before dark, when i got back i went to crawl in the tent with the girl i was sharing with and didnt see the 2 kids and when i turned around they were curled up together shivering on a blanket about 5ft outside of the tent. Just as i went to get them i noticed something move about 15ft away it took a second to see it because the sun was starting to set but it was a young bear cub about the size of a medium/large dog and immediately i started scanning the outer woodline for momma bear and then i saw a group of 4-5 tiny cubs, puppy sized... then i saw the momma bear who was about 30-40ft away so i tried to move as slowly as possibly to get the two children without the bear noticing me but as i picked up the kids they started crying and the bear looked at me so i yelled 'bear' to alert the military people and dove in the the tent with the kids in my arms and when i went to zip the tent shut it looked like there were 25 bears out there, 8-10 adults and a bunch of cubs and one was running directly at us ferociously, thats when i woke up too scared to go back to sleep

That sounds really bad! Such terrifying dreams! Maybe you have PTSD?
