I have so many issues that my sleep pattern is very disrupted. I really thought about this when reading something at another web site, so I decided to post this poll.
I'm a long-time night owl. What are you? |

I used to be a day person, but my sleep schedule is all messed up now. For example, last night I went to bed around 2:30 (actually in the morning) and I woke up around 2:00 in the afternoon today.

I went to bed at 5am last night, woke up at 7:30am. Im surely going to pull an all nighter tonight.. Maybe get some homework done. Usually all nighters make me fresh and awake the next day but usually when I have to study, I would stay up until an hour before I should wake up (like a power nap)

I'm an extreme night person. But my pattern isn't stable, even on a late schedule I fight every day to keep it sane. It wants to flip in either direction and make life hell for me.

I understand that. I'm tired most of the time.

I used to be a night person, but I get so tired now that I'm asleep by 10 every night.

I am definitely an afternoon person, i spasm for about an hour on waking up and wake up at least two times every night to turn myself over so have very disturbed sleep, that and the fact i have to take duvet days to rest my bum so use little energy those days so end up awake till some unearthly hour mean i struggle to get up early in the mornings and my inability to sit up unsupported means i need to lay down by 7pm ..not to sleep but to rest my bum, put them together and my optimum time is afternoons!

I dunno, I'm all over the place when it comes to sleep. I put night person but I probably should have chosen "Neither". I try to fight it but I've always had a hard time with sleeping on a regular schedule so it's a bit of a losing battle. I've sometimes wondered if I have a different internal clock than others.
The only way I can really have a stable sleep pattern is if I have a morning schedule (like work or school) and if it completely and utterly exhausts me by the time night rolls around. Found that out while working a stressful, physical labour job with an incredibly low wage. Not exactly what I have in mind for the sole purpose of a stable sleep pattern. ![]()

I'm a night owl. But my depression has been kicking in big time to the point where I am not sleeping much. I'll either stay up all night or go to bed at 4 or 5 in the morning.

Night Owl for sure. I love the night, and the stars and moon that come with it. Silence, too, and time to freely watch anime in bed. I also sleep until 4 PM if you let me, and woken up earlier can hardly function and have a foggy mind.
