Dreams consisting of houses in various states of disrepair, dreams of surgery and my teeth falling out, dreams of something terrifying trying to kill a group of teenagers in an old house, An unsettling dream about a series of houses my mother inhabited in the past, dreams of cockroaches everywhere, even in my mouth!! My dreams have always been...weird, but recently nightmares have been very common, and even if they're not technically nightmares; they're enough to make me wake with a feeling of paranoia and regret.
My mom still shows up in many of my dreams, even when I ask myself in the dream, "Why's mom here?". She passed away back in 2008. She shows up in my dreams to give me messages, at various times. I'm supposing my medication could cause these weird/disturbing dreams, I kinda want it to stop.

Your Mother reflects a part of yourself, an attitude you have towards yourself. Parts of yourself are still in disrepair. The roaches indicate something is bugging you and it is time to speak out about it. Paranoia and regret, may be the feelings that are "bugging" you.

Houses in various states of disrepair can simply suggest that you are using a mental attitude that is not the best you could be using. Depending upon the nature of the disrepair, they might indicate a mind that is not perfectly sound; that the mind and how you are thinking has not been given enough attention.

Surgery can imply that something is being cut out of the body, implying that some emotional aspect of yourself needs to be eliminated for your own good. Surgery can also imply that there is a need to “get something out of your system”.

Teeth falling out would imply a loss to your overall intelligence. This can associate with the words being spoken if they detract from your appearance of having intelligence. Physically, the loss of teeth would also indicate a loss of friends – those people who provide you with knowledge and info.

Something terrifying trying to kill a group of teenagers: The group of teenagers can suggest that you may be trying to make the most out of the idea of being emotionally disturbed or thinking rather revolutionary thoughts. There may be some terrifying idea that could terminate either of these ways of thinking, leaving you very emotionally devastated..

The cockroaches are usually associated with dirty homes or building. They represent an emotional aspect of yourself which inclines you to “bug” or annoy yourself about unclean living conditions. Since cockroaches are not meant to be seen as food, when in the mouth they can refer to the words you might speak. In this case your words may be intended to come across as bugging those around you about the cleanliness of their living areas. This would not be the desired approach to the situation (as no one wants cockroaches in their mouth).
