insomnia sick of it…yrs and yrs and even more yrs of it.

Sorry, just had to rant, I should be used to it, but I'm so sick of being zombiefied my whole life…well, since my teens.

In my 30s now, didn't think I would still be this way. Nothing works, I have tried everything, I still take sleeping pills but nothing works…that's just me.

It's 1.20am Thursday here now. All I can do is rest because sleep is just an illusion.

Thanks for allowing me to rant.

Hugs to all those insomniacs and people with other sleep disorders

Hugs to you, too, beautifulfreak, because I know what it's like to suffer from insomnia.
