I'm a dreamer. I can remember at least one dream after waking up in the morning (and can remember all day not just immediately after waking up). I specifically remeber dreams I had when I was a toddler, even the nonreoccuring ones. My dreams are almost always extremely vivid.
As of a few months ago my dreams have become so vivid that my mind starts getting confused with what actually happened and what i dreamt. It started small like having a quick dream that I finish my laundry. Its so clear and realistic that when I wake up I legitemitly believe I did my laundry! Unfortunely I cant really clean in my sleep ha. It was harmless for awhile until i started getting dreams of bigger events that seem so real that I thought they happened as well. For example I had a dream about being young and in a commercial with a childhood friend of mine. I then realized i was dreaming but thought i was just bringing up lost memories. In the morning i talked to my mom like "hey i completely forgot i was in a comerical as a kid! I just remembered in a dream!" Then she explained to me that it never actually happened. It really spooked me. What does this mean? Why are my dreams becoming as powerful as reality? |

Dreams are "Reality", they are One and the same.

What if you start giving yourself a message every night before sleep, that whatever you dream is just a dream. See if it changes how you think when you wake.
I've had dreams where I wake up and tell myself whatever is in the dream is not real. I'll go back to sleep and tell what/whoever is in the dream, you're not real, go away. and they go away in my dream. Have been able to do this for about 7 years now.
