I can't tell if I'm dreaming or not right now. It doesn't feel like this is real. I think that my so called "dreams" are actually reality. Is there any reason for this? It just feels like I'm not supposed to be here. I need to go back to reality, which regular people would call dreams. I guess this sounds confusing. I just can't tell the difference between what is a dream and what is reality anymore.

I think this is because you know your self in both in dreams and what your doing in real life. Let the two blend together and you will be in true reality.

The disassociation you feel, is because you feel differently inside than how others are feeling around you. I would venture to say, you are feeling better.
Thanks for this!
