Well, again it seems like I got the case of insomnia where sleeping seems like it's going to be out of my reach. Lovely. I keep having dreams which wake me up from middle of sleep, I don't care about what I'm dreaming about, I just don't want to remember my dreams.

It's 445am and I still can't fall asleep either. I'm wide awake its awful. What kind of dreams are you having that you don't want to remember?

Last night I went to bed at 1.30am. Watched TV until 3am, and could only fall asleep at around 6am. The non stopping thoughts and the buzzing in my ears were so intense that I cried several times out of frustration.

I rarely have sleep problems, it's probably just the worries in my head that prevent me from sleeping.

Take hot shower or hot milk before sleeping. It helps in peaceful sleep.
