I feel like I'm going down a downward spiral.
Every time my sleep patterns start to get semi normal,
these night terrors come up and I can't have a real nights rest.
I get the kind of night terrors that are impossible to wake up from, but if I do happen to wake up the dream just pulls me back in. I'm getting to the point to where I am just tired all the damn time, Idk what to do. I was on insomnia meds for awhile but they didn't help, so I turned to smoking the herb. The only nights I can sleep are when I smoke, not trying to make this about drugs, I just want to know what else can help me sleep besides smoking. Cause I can't afford to buy that much herb v.v

I suggest you talk to a doctor about these night terrors.

I suffer from occasional night terrors too. I just don't know how to explain them or what to do to get rid of them. I know what you mean when you say the dream just pulls you back in again. It's a terrible feeling.
