It was very weird. To start off, I think I may have repressed memories because I really couldnt remember anything until the end of first grade ( I was 7). So in my dream, we had these two seperate shelves, far away from each
other. The shelves held weapons, shot guns, butcher knives, grenades, other
types of bombs. I saw a lot of people there that I know ( friends..), but then
there were some that I didnt recognize. So all of a sudden everyone except me grabs a weapon and starts killing people. Everyone is dead, except for me and one other person. I saw a girl with blood over all her body, and she had a very tiny kitchen knife in her hand. She came over to me and she cut- not stabbed- my stomach, writing the word, "Alter". Then she dropped the knife and headed in a different direction. I thought she was going to grab another weapon and hurt me, so I grabbd the knife and I had this evil look in my eyes. She must have heard me coming so she was just like, "Hey, I'm glad your safe. Wait, what? What are you doing? I was protecting yo-"
Then I stabbed her in the back. Thats when my dream ended too. Ive always thought I have multiple personalities, so I asked my alters to talk to me before I went to bed ( I know that they were listening) but there was no answer.Is this weird or what? Sorry for the long question. Is this how my alter is trying to communicate with me?

Usually, when there's murder and knives/weapons involved in a dream, it's symbolic of repressed anger. And the person's removed, could be representative of an aspect of your personality, that you see in them, that you want 'altered'/changed.

Overall, you could just need to address whatever anger/frustration you maybe harboring in some aspect of your life, right now?

As far as multiple personalities, DID/Schizophrenia, et al, have you spoken with your therapist about this, to get an official diagnosis and get the proper treatment?
