I have not slept well for weeks. Last night I had a vivid dream that I was running through a field in the dark, I think maybe even barefoot, being chased by a big man with an axe. I could hear him breathing hard right behind me. And it wasn't so much that the field was dark, although I think it was, but that I was mostly blind and could not see. Soon I could feel his breath on my neck. It was absolutely horrifying and when I woke up I was so shaken that I was too afraid to move to turn on the light and see where I was.

Dreams are all about feelings. Ask the Big Man how he was feeling. Just pretend that you were him, and check how you feel playing his role. He represents a part of yourself, or how you behave towards others.

Interesting, Thunder. But I do not know who he was?
He was angry! He was homocidal and definitely going to put the axe in my neck or split my head. But I am not homocidal or angry. Last edited by SideCrow; Jun 25, 2013 at 03:13 PM. Reason: Not finished |

I did go to bed with a headache. And I posted earlier, like a few days ago about a weird experience with a recent break up...we are still friends but he came over last week and kissed me, and I resisted a few times and he put his hand around my throat and squeezed, in a serious way - as in I was not able to breathe - but he let go. It was just an odd thing and I was not hurt at all, but it surprised me enough that I needed to get feedback about it.
