When my family and i went to a hotel for a day for our vacation, my step father had trouble sleeping on the beds, so he stayed up later, he had once told me that in my sleep I would jerk my head around almost like iI was saying yes or no, another thing is that I would also mumble things while doing this. This kinda shocked me considering I have woken up with mysterious scratches on my legs or arms, at first I thought that they were just from me hitting my arm on my table or something during the day, however I am starting to believe I am banging my arms and legs on my walls and bedside tables, along with mumbling incoherent sentences and thrashing my head around i like I was replying to something. I let the subject go thinking that I might just be reacting to a dream I had. But then I started to realize the only time I dream is before I fall asleep, I don't dream often afterwards.
What I am trying to find out is what could be causing this?
Thanks for reading!
Take care ~

They pose as humans even though they have no understanding of the human heart; they eat even though they've never experienced hunger; they study even though they have no interest in academics; they seek friendship even though they do not know how to love. If I were to encounter such monsters, I would likely be eaten by them... because in truth, I am that monster.

Have you ever had a sleep study? It might be worthwhile, since you are receiving injuries while asleep. A neurologist would be the appropriate specialist.

This may sound bad. But maybe he was molesting you while you slept. Some thing to look into. Ever had this happen to you away from him when you were truly alone??
