Lately i havnt been sleeping at all because im afraid someone will kill me plus im addicted to reading creepypasta so that doesn't help... Any tips on falling asleep? I take melatonin but alot of times i forget

Do you find the melatonin helps when you take it? If that's the case I would recommend setting a daily alarm on your cellphone or computer that pops up with the text 'take melatonin' on it, or something similar. Also, you're probably going to want to eliminate anything wholly stimulating before bedtime. I know that probably goes without saying. But if you're anything at all like me, you've got an overactive imagination and don't need the help with images in your head like other people killing you.
I also notice it's been awhile since you posted this. Have you found anything since then that works for you? Or are you still having a hard time sleeping?
