I have, for several years, had a recurring dream of being in some sort of building, either dilapidated, well-built, or even something Dr. Suess may have designed. The thing about the dreams are that I can never find my way out of these places. One dream I had I was in an old condemned building that even had a hole in the roof yet I couldn't get out! It's never scary or anything...just odd. I hope somebody can help a little with some sort of interpretation of these dreams. I've read books on dream analysis and such and there's never anything that quite fits what I'm dreaming. And sometimes, I have dreamed about being in the same building as from another dream. I would love to hear someone's take on my recurring 'trapped in a building' dreams.

A building is a "construction"--it could be a construct of attitudes, beliefs, perspectives, and feelings. This particular construct feels like a trap to you.
If you want to, you could say more about your life, especially the major attitudes and feelings you have about life, and any places you feel you are stuck in life. Mike |

You may be feeling trapped in real life as well. The buildings are also part of You, your mind and body. You can't escape from yourself.
