I have nightmares every night all night. It ruins sleep and I keep waking up at night. It also makes my depression worse. Is there anyway to stop nightmares at all?

Some medications remove dreaming entirely You might talk to your doctor or psychologist about it. I know some mental disorders cause chronic nightmares, including some forms of bipolar disorder. Since you say you suffer depression, I'd suggest there may be a link between the depression and the nightmares.
