I once had a dream where I was walking towards a high rise building, enormously tall, about 120 stories. Well on the top floor there was an explosion and a woman flew out the window and landed face down on her chin on the pavement. She suffered tremendous bone structure damage as one would imagine but survived. Me and a handful of people rushed over, and I held her shattered bones in her face still and in one piece while someone pushed on her abdomen to get the blood out of her shattered lungs as well as giving her air and removing blockage, yeah I know, very grisly. Not sure how to interpret this.
