I have nightmares regularly and try diffent things to try and stop them. Here is one piece of advice concerning this. Never accidentally leave on the SciFi channel's "Paranormal Witness" marathon and fall asleep. Never mind do my dreams cause enough damage, that night I had nightmares about my nightmares. I spent the morning in a paranoid freak out eating my xanax to try and stop my heart palpatations. I can laugh now but I'll never forget to turn off the scary stuff again.

I have watched "Paranormal Witness from time to time. 100mg. of "Avatar" helps.
