I am sleeping less in the past few weeks.I know the cause is depression.Nowadays I get maybe 4 hours sleep a night whereas before it was 6 or 7.What I cant understand is why is it not really affecting me fatigue wise.To be sure my depression is causing a bit of malaise anyhow but I would have thought reduced sleep would have affected me more.Any thoughts?

You are losing some sleep but just try to go to bed earlier and sleep in later. I think you'll be fine though.

It could be affecting you in ways you don't realize. Maybe there is a slight increase in aches and pains, or a dip in your concentration. If you're doing everything you need to do in taking care of yourself, I think the problem will straighten out eventually.
