I have constant nervousness and cant concentrate. If i ever drink coffee or coke i get intense anxiety. It has been constant for 3 months and started 3 monhs ago with a panic attack which I don't know why it was triggered. I cant sleep, whenever I'm alone or in class it is just constant agitation. Sometimes I daydream of bizarre things but never hallucinate it really is bothering me

Hey Spindly, I read your post and could feel the jitter through the screen
![]() You must be going through a lot. If this were happening to me, I'd lay off the caffeine, skip my therapy session and go straight to a doctor. |

What I meant wasn't to go to the ER. I'd bypass the therapy part and look at what a medical doctor has to say. Sorry if I added to the jitters. I should have remembered that as I was writing. Where's the emoticon for "my bad"?
