During the day I feel lethargic and depressed at night my mind is super stimulated and motivated.....wth???? Does my brain not like the sun or something???

I am the same way....tired and hardly motivated during the day, but come night time, I am more relaxed and my mind seems clearer than it is during the day.....strange. I am glad I'm not the only one that experiences this. I may have to do some research to see why this is.

I have the exact same problem, in class and during the day I am tired and sleepy, and at night, I also feel wide awake. So don't worry, you're not alone!
I think that our "biological clock" might be set up the wrong way, that makes us want to sleep during the day and stay awake during the night, I'm just assuming this though!

Yeah, ditto! There's too much sensory input for me during the day. At night, everything important is lighted. I don't see as much so there's less to process.
