This dream has recurred thru my life. I am inside a huge complex like a big university . Have my bearings and know where my car is. I ask for directions and people are helpful but I wind up in another dead end. I see the way out, then lost again. upstairs downstairs panic sets in I wake up. any thoughts on this?

Thanks for this. I'm going to try to remember this for the dream. If I can remember this I may be able to just walk out, simply and calmly. I will try to get back to you on this.
