And my iPod was stolen just over a week ago. I normally use that to help me at least relax even if I can't sleep. I don't have the money to replace it. Is way too late to take something to help me sleep (I have to take my wife to work in less than 5 hours). Thursday It's a full day. There's so much to do, and much of it involves driving longer distances alone. Ugh. Now my anxiety is going up too. I hate this cycle.
Sorry. Just needed to vent... now that I have, I think my phone might have some music that may help me sleep. (Otherwise I'm screwed for my 13+ hour day). |

Ok, Well I got an hour and a half in before taking the wife to work. Here's hoping for another hour before having to start the day... I hate insomnia.

Be creative and resourceful and find way to cut back on those hours. You need to slow up, just a little.

It wasn't so bad. i was not able ot cut anything out of the day, but my wife was able to drive some of the time. As exhausted as I was yesterday, I still did not sleep too much last night. Today is much slower though. I only have 3 commitments, and only 2 are time-sensitive.

if it helps you can get older 8 gb ipods from ebay for about $30. mine was stolen a few months ago, so I bought an older nano for about that much, and it works just fine.

Thanks. It ended up returning to me 2 days ago. I'm so happy It came back. We don't even have the extra $30 to get a nano... O_o
