I dreamt last night that I found a dead baby in the parking lot at the mall and I was cradling it in my arms, and when I called 911 the police laughed at me because they thought I was making it up. What could this mean?

You are beginning to discover and care for the innocent and tender part of you (baby) and are concerned what others will think...

When you were helpless and precious and most needed the love and care of parental/authority figures, you were abandoned. Parking lots are temporary, impersonal places of waiting where nothing meaningful takes place. You are at a point in your growth where you are strong enough to begin to embrace, care for and strengthen the part of you that was neglected and in many ways abandoned. You naturally seek approval of authorities because it was so lacking. You have internalized their negative voices that denied you when you were helpless, but you are no longer helpless. Ignore them, laugh back, and carry that baby away to a place of growth, reflection, and restoration.
