I take remeron and 2mg of clonipin. It used to work but not now. I'm so frustrated I cry all day.

I already take clonapin, and buspirone for anxiety. They usually help. Try taking melatonin. Its natural. Be careful when adding an extra drug. Be sure they are compatible.

As my signature says, I take lunesta and klonopin. It's usually good for 7 hours of sleep or so. Not sure if the saphris (AAP) and lamictal I take at night contributes to the good rest too?

I was taking gabapentin but it made me groggy in the morning. I switched to Silenor but it didn't really work. My antidepressant has nothing in it that helps. I sometimes take 5htp or just benidryl.
