I've found a lot on this but mostly from pregnant women and Im not so I thought Id try here. I have sex dreams frequently to the point if its not a nightmare (also frequent) that its a sex dream. I don't think my waking sexual activity has anything to do with it since regardless of if I'm having sex or not I still have them. The problem is my dreams are the only time I ever seem interested in sex. As soon as I wake up I feel nothing whatsoever except a pang of unease because I wish I felt that way in my waking life. Well not exactly because my dreams are a bit much. I have them about anyone regardless of gender regardless of if I know them or not and last night I had a very vivid one about hunting down a vibrator asap which is odd since I very much dislike those. They have never appealed to me. Neither has masterbation in general. I have seen doctors about my lack of sex drive since I was 18.. I'm 23 now and married to a man with a very high sex drive. We have sex (though not lately.. he is away) often I just don't particularly enjoy it. My favorite part of sex is his climax. Sad? Probably. I've just never reached orgasm before (at least I don't think so. I've had tingly sensations after in different parts of my body, like my face.. I feel stupid typing that but it has happened during/after sex a few times possibly from blood flow) I just don't know what I need to let y'all know for an accurate response. I will answer any questions anyone may have. I'm very confused about this.

Well, I'm not a female, so this may seem like a stupid question, but in your dreams do you have an orgasm? I mean, I know men can have "wet dreams," but we can also have sexual dreams, but without having an orgasm. Do you think you may be intentionally repressing your sex drive due to insecurities or something else? Or is it something physical/medical that causes your lack of sex drive?

i really agree with the previous reply. I personally had many dreams like that. however i have an over-active libido. it just seemed in person guys couldn't do it for me. so i questioned my sexuality, and i still question it. thats something you will have to work on. it sounds like you have some demons to acknowledge about your own body you need to play your own harp before someone else learns the cords.
