I can't sleep at night and sleeping pills are outta the question.
I need something to help give me energy through the day.
I work 10 hours a day and need to keep moving to stay awake.
Energy drinks, no doz, all that won't work.
Has anyone got any other ideas?

Good sleep is crucial for energy. Do you know why you're having trouble sleeping? How long has this been going on? Have you talked to a doctor? Why are sleeping pills out of the question? Do you get any form of exercise? What's your diet like?

Just curious, because having a better understanding of your situation will make it easier for others to give helpful advice. Good luck, and take care.

Don't know why I'm not sleeping.
Been on and off for years.
Talked to a doctor, they just wanna give me pills and I hate that.
Pills make me drowsy the day after.
I get enough exercise and eat well.

I take Melatonin (which is basically a natural herb) and it helps me a lot with sleep.
