why don't you try reviewing your day before you go to bed. go over how you thought it went, how you might like to improve on things if you were given the chance to do them again. maybe even journal about it. then take a brief inventory of the things you have planned for tomorrow. how you think you are going to handle them. then since you have already thought all this out prior to going to bed, you wont have any reason to panic about it when you try to go to sleep. take care
