I usually go to bed at 8:00 and get up between 5-6. So about 10. My meds knock me out. I can only stay awake long enough to get through the work day and what everytime it takes me to get ready for work. Not much of a life.

Generally on work nights 12a-545 am so about 5 almost 6 hours.

On regular nights, maybe 1:30 a - 7:30 a then I often go back from 8:30 a- 10 so about 7 1/2 hours then.

And at work I usually fall asleep about 11pm and get up before 5am. Sunday I aim for midnight and sleep until nine to prepare for lack of sleep at work and Monday I go to bed at 11 and am up at 7 or so. My off days I go to bed late and sleep in

I need 9 or I am worthless. I can't seem to get a sleep pattern established. My sleep meds are beginning to be resistant. Or rather I've developed a resistance to them. I just wish they would give me an old fashion barbituate and let it knock me out at bedtime but they are too cautious. When I don't sleep my depression triples in intensity. I'm a mess.

I sleep 5- 9 hours a night, any more or less has an effect on me. I go to bed around 10 but usually take a while to fall asleep and up around 7. I love having the sun wake me up, so much better than any alarms! Alarms tend to lead to "snoozing" and then I wake up feeling like crap.

Solid sleep from say 10-12 or 1, and then interrupted sleep (if I fall back asleep) until 6. So lately, not much sleep at all.

Usually in bed by 1am and up by 8am. Weekends, I could sleep 10 hours or more, easily, but usually end up having to get up before then anyway.

I sleep an average of about 5-7 hours per night. I am in bed by 11PM, but just cannot seem to fall asleep until about 3 in the morning. :P Depending on my day, I wake up anywhere from 8AM-10AM. Try not to sleep past then, though.

On school nights, I sleep from about 12 or 1 to 6:45am... So that would be 5 hr 45min to 6 hr 45 mins. (6-7 hours rounded up). It usually causes me to be way tired during the day, but I don't know how to get to sleep any earlier. Other nights probably 9 or 10.

On work days I go to bed between 9 - 11am and it takes me anywhere from 1-2 hours to fall asleep and I get up at 9:30pm. So about 9-10 hours. On my days off I sleep whenever I can. Usually have so many errands to run and appointments to keep that I get next to none.

I use to sleep two hours a day when manic or even a half hour a day. That progressed to sleeping four hours a day. And now six.

About 8 or 9 and the time varies somewhat, for instance if I get to bed by 1, I'll usually sleep until between 9 and 10, on nights where I don't get to bed until around 3 I'll usually sleep until at least 11 (sometimes later).
