I can't sleep or I sleep way too much. I am tired and exhausted and I want sleep, but my organism doesn't want to get rest. As I said, I either sleep too much or don't sleep at all.

It seems like you are going through a lot of stress in your life. Is there a chance that you might be suffering from stress or depression? That could have a drastic influence on the way you sleep and your ability to sleep. Alternatively, do you think that there might be a physical reason for your problems? (E.g., sleep apnea)

I'm not a doctor but I'd say just sleep as much as you can. It will help you heal.
