Is there anything that can help me get to sleep. I can never go to sleep it's so frustrating. If there is anyone that have any tips for me I'm all ears!

Ive discovered 8 hour long videos on YouTube you can choose from, such as sounds of waterfalls and nature. I'm new to it, but it is relaxing when I focus on it and prevent my mind from thinking about other things.
I hope this helps.

Melatonin helps a lot, I have been taking it nightly for about 6 weeks now (has helped all but 1 night).

I take trazadone and Xanax at bedtime. It's usually good for a solid 6 hours of sleep (better than nothing). I'm not too tired during the day on that amount of sleep. Good luck finding something that works.
