Apparently now I can't get many time of sleep, and the one I get is not very good.
Many nights, I have nightmares or annoying dreams and I start to talk at loud during the sleep, getting angry with someone.

It doesn't happens everynight, but as been happening frequently. I think (by what other people tell me) that I only have angry sleep talks.
Sometimes I wake up with me speeking and at the same time trying to prevent me from speaking.

I think my sleep is not very deeply, I usualy wake up betwen dreams a lot, and I remember many dreams from everynight?

Beside not having a good sleep night I still have to have annoying and bad dreams. Has someone experienced something similar?

I think my sleep got worst from the time I started taking my new medication, but with time, it should had pass and I should been sleeping better. Somedays to much, some days to little!

Dreams mirror how you are feeling inside. Go with them. If you don't, they will get even more annoying and they will lay more eggs that will hatch, causing even more annoying dreams.

Let yourself talk, the more you talk, the more likely you will get answers.
Thanks for this!

They say I'm realy mean most of the times I talk when I'm sleeping, and I almost only talk when I want to yell. Not a good thing to go with. I think the dreams don't reflect that in real life I'm mad with the people I yell during my dreams. But surely my head likes to play with those people that are more likely to be annoying... I think that because I'm not feeling good I dream with situations that doesn't bring to me some great emotions.
I don't want to realy speak as I do in my dreams... but I'm talking to get my questions answered and I'm hopping to talk even more.

You dreams are telling you some thing. The anger is there. Do a reality check and see who and what got you angry. Are you angry at yourself?
Thanks for this!
