I have dreams of brushing my teeth about 2-3 times a week, and have no idea what this could mean. I also have terrifying nightmares frequently, and sleep paralysis occasionally, where I end up yelling out, trying to wake myself up. It seems like it goes on forever. I have panic disorder and some mild OCD. Has anyone here had dreams of brushing their teeth? It's been going on for months now.

You are trying to say some thing, and want it to come out "Clean".

I have heard that most things to do with teeth have something to do with anxiety. I like the aforementioned reason though, maybe there is something inside of you that is trying to come out clean. Is there something that is bothering you a great deal (no need to go into specifics of course)

I do have anxiety, and panic disorder. I'm on Xanax and Propanolol for it. And no... there isn't anything inside that I haven't come out with, or am hiding. I have been married before, and had lots of boyfriends in the past (in my "wild" stage), but my current husband knows all about it, has no problem with it, and we are compatible. I have a medical situation phobia, and an allergy phobia, but those are the only ones.

The Phobias is that the brushing teeth dream is about. Relates to anxieties. Keeping up your appearence, for fear of rejection.
