Its 3:55AM and I can't sleep because I literally just seen Ghosts,Spirits, in my room. I was having a dream about starting a business with someone and it went sour because she wanted to steal my creation and but her name on it(her name was "Eva"). I told her no and we got angry and got into an argument. She left and then another unknown woman came into my room and it seemed like **** was having intercourse or dancing on my bed with some man, but they were both dressed in white. I woke up and shoed them off my bed and they ran to what I thought in the dark was an open doorway and just looked at me. When I turned on my light my door was closed and nothing was there.
I know I was a little stressed when I went to bed. Had been drinking(no meds today), and was angry with my Mom over something. I'm trying to figure out the significance of Eva though if any. I'm sorry for all the needy posts, but this week has just been tough for me. I don't think I'll be able to get back to sleep tonight. At least not with the light off. Did some seaching and realized Eva meant Life.....I'm so confused.

Have you considered hypnogogic/hypnopompic hallucinations? Totally normal happen when sleeping and waking....

If you have not been sleeping well and missing out REM sleep and you have been very stressed, you can get to a state where you start dreaming while you are awake. This can be quite frightening. Please go see you doctor.

Drinking caused the ghosts. Dream wise, you were arguing with yourself (Eva). Reflecting your days events with your Mother.
