I was having a dream where I was out with a bunch of people I worked with, then it turned out to be high school people. I couldn't find my key to my locker, but I finally found it. I got in my car to leave, and there was someone in the car from work in there with me. As I was driving some people were rolling around in the road and I couldn't stop my car in time and I hit them. When they got up, I saw that it was a girl from high school that I hated. Then I woke up and I can't get the image out of my head.

Hmmm. On some level do your fellow workers possibly remind you of folks you went to high school with?

Hello and good evening from London, UK. Sorry to hear of your somewhat weird dreams. Do you class them as ''nightmares'' or just upsetting dreams, there is a difference. I've been waking up screaming a number of times during the last three weeks. There's no rhyme or reason, I'm not worried or upset about anything. They are so bad that everytime it happens my poor Dad has to come into my room and wake me up. I have noticed one thing, our weather has been hot lately and if I get too hot while asleep, it causes vivid dreams. I have had nightmares or even worse night terrors when changes have been made in my medications, especially when they have been decreased. I'm wondering if that's the case with you maybe? I hope it stops for you, if not it may be a case of changing your ''wind down'' rituals before you go to bed, just a idea that's all. HUGS. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
